Ved. práce Aneta Hujová Abstrakt Teoretická část bakalářské práce se věnuje problematice první pomoci a právu. Hlavní pozornost je věnována neodkladné kardiopulmonální resuscitaci, včetně základní resuscitace u dospělých, dětí a novorozenců, s rozlišováním specifických situací, jako je resuscitace v těhotenství či při tonutí. Práce se také zabývá rozšířenou resuscitací. Závěrečná část se věnuje pomůckám pro resuscitaci, jako je automatizovaný externí defibrilátor, telefonicky asistovaná resuscitace a aplikace Záchranka. Celkový přehled se zaměřuje na současné standardy kardiopulmonální resuscitace. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat znalosti laické veřejnosti o kardiopulmonální resuscitaci, a to jak z hlediska teoretických znalostí, tak praktických dovedností v krizových situacích. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na zjištění úrovně znalostí laické veřejnosti o první pomoci, kardiopulmonální resuscitaci a automatizovaném externím defibrilátoru. V bakalářské práci je využita metoda kvantitativního průzkumu, k tomu byl vytvořen vlastní dotazník, který byl distribuován dospělým respondentům, kteří nepracují ve zdravotnictví. Z výsledků průzkumu vyplývá, že více než 40 % laiků zná frekvenci, kterou se stlačuje hrudník při nepřímé srdeční masáži. Méně než 40 % laiků zná správný poměr stlačení a dechů u resuscitace kojence. O aplikaci Záchranka zatím nikdy neslyšelo pouze 13 % respondentů. Celkové hodnocení výsledků průzkumu ukazuje, že laická veřejnost má základní povědomí o kardiopulmonální resuscitaci, přesto se vyskytují určité mezery, zejména v oblasti resuscitace dětí, ovšem informovanost se však postupně zlepšuje. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of first aid and law. Particular attention is devoted to emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation, including basic resuscitation in adults, children, and newborns, while distinguishing specific situations such as resuscitation during pregnancy or following drowning incidents. The thesis also addresses advanced resuscitation techniques. The final section is dedicated to resuscitation aids, such as the automated external defibrillator, telephone-assisted resuscitation, and the Záchranka emergency application. The overall overview focuses on current standards in cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The aim of the thesis was to map the knowledge of the general public regarding cardiopulmonary resuscitation, both from the perspective of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in crisis situations. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis focuses on determining the level of knowledge among the general public regarding first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and the use of the automated external defibrillator. A quantitative research method was employed, using a self-developed questionnaire that was distributed to adult respondents who do not work in the healthcare sector. The results of the survey indicate that more than 40% of laypersons know the correct chest compression rate during indirect heart massage. Less than 40% of laypersons know the correct compression-to-ventilation ratio in the resuscitation of an infant. Only 13% of respondents had never heard of the Záchranka emergency application. The overall evaluation of the survey results shows that the general public has a basic awareness of cardiopulmonary resuscitation; however, certain gaps persist, especially in the area of resuscitation of children.
