(122 687 znaků) : grafy, tab. -- Ved. práce Jakub Charvát. -- Oponent Daniel Šárovec. -- Abstrakt: Tato práce mapuje vývoj politické komunikace od její rané fáze až po současnost a zkoumá roli novodobého trendu reversed agenda-setting v souvislosti s příchodem čtvrtého věku politické komunikace. S postupným společenským vývojem dochází i k vývoji politické komunikace. S přelomem tisíciletí a příchodem webu 2.0 pozorujeme výraznou změnu ve způsobu, kterým se politická komunikace proměňuje. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se věnuje konceptu vývoje politické komunikace s přesahem a uvedením do kontextu s vývojovými stádii politických stran a vztahu mezi politiky a mediálními aktéry. Empirická část poukazuje na to, že vlivem expandujících sociálních sítí a jejich praktik dochází k proměně konceptu agenda-setting a k přerodu ze třetího do čtvrtého věku politické komunikace.. -- Abstrakt: This thesis traces the development of political communication from its earliest stages to the present day and examines the role of the modern trend of reversed agenda-setting in the context of the advent of the fourth age of political communication. As social development progresses, political communication also evolves. With the turn of the millennium and the advent of Web 2.0, we observe a significant change in the way political communication is transforming. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the concept of the evolution of political communication, with an overlap and contextualization with the developmental stages of political parties and the relationship between politicians and media actors. The empirical part points out that due to the influence of expanding social networks and their practices, the concept of agenda-setting is changing and the transition from the third to the fourth age of political communication is taking place.
