Práce představuje základní principy anarchokapitalismu a analyzuje jejich aplikaci na případ dětí. Pozornost je věnována především otázkám vlastnictví dítěte, práva dítěte na rodičovskou péči, emancipace dítěte, práv nenarozených dětí a problematice dětské práce. Práce se zaměřuje především na myšlenky zakladatele anarchokapitalismu Murraye Rothbarda a jejich komparaci s myšlenkami dalších anarchokapitalistických autorů. Cílem práce je poskytnout ucelený přehled anarchokapitalistických přístupů k právům dětí a poukázat na jejich problematické aspekty.. -- Abstrakt: This thesis deals with the issue of children's rights within anarcho-capitalist theory. The thesis presents the basic principles of anarcho-capitalism and analyses their application to the case of children. The thesis focuses particularly on questions of child ownership, the child's right to parental care, child emancipation, the rights of unborn children, and the issue of child labor. The work is mainly based on the ideas of Murray Rothbard, the founder of anarcho-capitalism, and their comparison with the ideas of other anarcho-capitalist authors. The aim of the work is to provide a comprehensive overview of anarcho-capitalist approaches to children's rights and to highlight their problematic aspects.
