(201 401 znaků). -- Ved. práce Miroslav Barták. -- Oponent Benjamin Petruželka. -- Abstrakt: Tato diplomová práce se zabývá dopadem krize eurozóny na zdravotnické systémy České republiky, Německa, Řecka a Švédska a jejich komparací. V teoretické části jsou popsány příčiny a vývoj finanční krize v Evropě, principy a cíle zdravotní politiky, význam a možnosti mezinárodního srovnávání zdravotnických systémů a metodika práce vycházející z European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies. Praktická část analyzuje vybrané zdravotnické systémy z hlediska historického vývoje, organizace, financování a dostupnosti zdravotní péče v období krize s přesahem do současnosti. Hodnotí přijatá opatření a jejich dopad na dostupnost péče, finanční ochranu pacientů a nerovnosti ve zdraví. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, jaký dopad měla krize eurozóny na jednotlivé zdravotnické systémy a jak se s ní zdravotní politiky vyrovnaly. Výsledky ukazují, že státy s vysokým podílem veřejného financování a silnější finanční ochranou dokázaly lépe ochránit své obyvatele před negativními důsledky krize, zatímco státy s vysokým podílem přímých plateb pacientů, jako Řecko, čelily zhoršení dostupnosti péče a prohloubení nerovností. Práce zdůrazňuje význam včasné reakce zdravotní politiky v době ekonomických krizí.. -- Abstrakt: This master thesis deals with the impact of the Eurozone crisis on the health systems of the Czech Republic, Germany, Greece and Sweden. The theoretical part describes the causes and development of the financial crisis in Europe, the principles and objectives of health policy, the meaning and possibilities of international comparison of health systems and the methodology of the work based on the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies. The practical part analyses the selected health systems in terms of historical development, organisation, financing and access to health care during the crisis period with an overlap to the present. It assesses the measures taken and their impact on access to care, financial protection of patients and health inequalities. The aim of the paper is to assess the impact of the Eurozone crisis on individual health systems and how health policies have coped with it. The results show that countries with a high share of public funding and stronger financial protection were better able to protect their populations from the negative effects of the crisis, while countries with a high share of direct patient payments, such as Greece, faced a deterioration in access to care and a deepening of inequalities. The paper highlights the importance of a timely health policy response in times of economic crises.
