Fenomén umělce-pedagoga v současném českém kontextu je definice intuitivního pedagogického pojetí uvedeného umělce. Teoretická část práce se věnuje konceptuálnímu rámci, jenž mimo jiné zahrnuje determinaci vysokoškolského vzdělání, profesní identitu učitele a její aspekty spolu s paradigmaty ve výtvarném vzdělávání, a životní a umělecký kontext A. Veselého. Následující část se zaměřuje na realizovaný biografický design, popisuje výzkumnou strategii, metody sběru a analýzy dat v podobě diagramu a detailního rozboru jeho jednotlivých částí. Součástí dílčího popisu intuitivního pedagogického přístupu jsou diskuse věnující se didaktickému, historickému a filozofickému kontextu práce. V závěru je obsaženo shrnutí a subjektivní popis Veselého přístupu autorkou studie a současně bývalou studentkou uvedeného umělce, spolu s odkazy na zahraniční výzkumy, literaturu a zdroje.. -- Abstrakt: The main topic of the dissertation titled "Aleš Veselý - Artist as Teacher: The Phenomenon of Artist-Educator in Contemporary Czech Context" is the definition of the intuitive pedagogical approach of the mentioned artist. The theoretical part of the work focuses on the conceptual framework, including the determination of higher education, professional identity of the teacher and its aspects, paradigms in art education, and the life and artistic context of A. Veselý. The following section concentrates on the implemented biographical design, describing the research strategy, methods of data collection and analysis in the form of diagrams, and detailed analysis of its individual parts. As part of the partial description of the intuitive pedagogical approach, discussions are dedicated to the didactic, historical, and philosophical context of the work. In conclusion, there is a summary and subjective description of Veselý's approach by the author of the study, who is also a former student of the mentioned artist, along with references to foreign research, literature, and resources.
