Oponent Ondřej Vacek Abstrakt ABSTRAKT Úvod: Bakalářská práce je vypracována na téma: "Ergoterapie u osob s Alzheimerovou chorobou". Zabývá se problematikou této nemoci a využití nefarmakologických postupů pro zpomalení progresu tohoto onemocnění, účinku programu založeném na vzpomínkách a kognitivním tréninku. Cíl práce: Cílem práce je popis reminiscenční terapie a kognitivního tréninku u osob s Alzheimerovou chorobou a ověření teoretických poznatků případovou studií. Metodika: K vypracování bakalářské práce byla použita forma kvalitativního výzkumu se zpracováním jedné kazuistiky. K získání informací byla k dispozici dokumentace klienta. Celkem bylo uskutečněno 15 ergoterapeutických intervencí. Bylo provedeno ergoterapeutické hodnocení na základě anamnézy, volného rozhovoru, vyšetřením gnostických, fatických a kognitivních funkcí. Ke zhodnocení kognitivních funkcí byl použit Montrealský kognitivní test a ke zhodnocení soběstačnosti byl použit Barthelové index soběstačnosti. Dále byl proveden kineziologický rozbor. Byl navržen krátkodobý ergoterapeutický plán, který byl zrealizován a následně byl navrhnut dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán. Výsledky: Porovnání a zhodnocení výsledků vstupního a výstupního ergoterapeutického hodnocení. Zhodnocení účinku reminiscenční terapie a kognitivního tréninku u osob s Alzheimerovou chorobou. Závěr: V samotném závěru práce byly zhodnoceny cíle a shrnuto doporučení možností ergoterapeutických intervencí u osob s Alzheimerovou chorobou. Introduction: The bachelor's thesis is prepared on the topic: "Occupation therapy of people with Alzheimer's disease". It deals with the issue of this disease and the use of non-pharmacological procedures to slow the disease progression, the effect of a program based on memories and cognitive stimulation of the client. The aim of the thesis:The aim of this thesis is to describe reminiscence therapy and cognitive training in people with Alzheimer's disease and to verify the theoretical findings with a case study. Methodology: For the preparation of the bachelor's thesis a form of qualitative research with one case study was used. Client documentation was available to obtain information. A total of 15 occupational therapy interventions were carried out. Occupational therapy assessment was done based on history, free interview, examination of gnostic, fatal and cognitive functions. The Montreal Cognitive Test was used to assess cognitive function and the Barthel Index of Self-Sufficiency was used to assess self-sufficiency. Furthermore, a kinesiological analysis was performed. A short-term occupational therapy plan was proposed and implemented, followed by a long-term occupational therapy plan. Results: Comparison and evaluation of the results of the initial and final occupational therapy assessment. Evaluation of the effect of reminiscence therapy and cognitive training in people with Alzheimer's disease. Conclusion: Success rate evaluation of results of occupation therapy interventions and assessment of client cooperation. Significance of environment influence in the retirement home on persons.
