Přirozený stav v životech Thomase Hobbese a Jeana Jacquese Rousseaua [rukopis] / Radek Erben. -- 2024. -- 36. -- Ved. práce Jan Šmíd. -- Oponent Lukáš Novák. -- Abstrakt: Teorie společenských smluv měly velmi důležitý vliv na vztah států vůči svým obyvatelům. Součástí těchto teorií je tzv. přirozený stav, který slouží jako odrazový můstek k dalším úvahám o organizaci státu, kam by měl stát ve vztahu ke svým občanům směřovat, a naopak, jak by se lidé měli vůči státu, jehož jsou občané, chovat, aby buď, dle Thomase Hobbese, k návratu do přirozeného stavu zabránili, či naopak aby se k němu, dle Jeana Jacquese Rousseaua, co nejvíce přiblížili. V této bakalářské práci se mým objektem zájmu stane přirozený stav obou těchto myslitelů, jejich srovnaní a úvaha, jak jejich životní osudy měly vliv na základ jejich teorii společenských smluv, jež významně ovlivnily celý svět, ale i to, jak jejich teorie prověřil čas.. -- Abstrakt: Social contract theories had a very important influence on the relationship of states to their citizens. Part of these theories is the so-called natural state which serves as a springboard for further considerations about the organization of the state where the state should go in relation to its citizens and conversely how people should behave towards the state of which they are citizens so that either, according to Thomas Hobbes, they prevented the return to the natural state or, on the contrary, to get as close as possible to it according to Jean Jacques Rousseau. In this bachelor's thesis, my object of interest will be the natural state of both of these thinkers, their comparison and consideration of how their life destinies had an effect on the foundation of their social contract theories which significantly influenced the whole world, but also how their theories have been tested by time.
