Fyzioterapie u diabetes mellitus [rukopis] / Natálie Didová. -- 2024. -- 93 s + 2 s. -- Oponent Kateřina Vaníková. -- Ved. práce Ondřej Kališko. -- Abstrakt: Má bakalářská práce zahrnuje kazuistiku muže ve věku 35 let s diagnózou diabetes mellitus 1. typu. Během první terapie byla odebrána anamnéza a byl proveden vstupní kineziologický rozbor, s následným stanovením krátkodobého plánu fyzioterapie. Současně jsem také vypočítala vhodnou tréninkovou tepovou frekvenci pro bezpečné provádění terapií a následné domácí autoterapie. Terapie byly zaměřeny na zjištěné patologie a byly využívány různé metody, jako je DNS, ACT, mobilizace dle Lewita, Brügger koncept s Thera-Bandem a další. V polovině fyzioterapeutické intervence jsem provedla kontrolní kineziologický rozbor, abych si ověřila, zda terapie směřují správným směrem. Celkově bylo absolvováno 10 terapií, přičemž na závěrečné terapii jsem provedla výstupní kineziologický rozbor a stanovila dlouhodobý plán fyzioterapie. Sběr dat probíhal od 2. ledna 2024 do 23. února 2024.. -- Abstrakt: My bachelor's thesis includes a case study of a 35 year old male diagnosed with type 1 diabetes mellitus. During the initial therapy session, an anamnesis was taken, and an entry kinesiological analysis was performed, followed by the establishment of a short-term physiotherapy plan. Simultaneously, I calculated an appropriate training heart rate for the safe execution of therapies and subsequent home self-therapy. The therapies focused on identified pathologies and utilized various methods, such as DNS, ACT, Lewit's mobilization, Brügger concepts using a Thera-Band, and others. Midway through the physiotherapeutic intervention, I conducted a follow-up kinesiological analysis to verify that the therapies were progressing in the right direction. A total of 10 therapy sessions were completed, with the final session involving an output and the establishment of a long-term physiotherapy plan. Data collection took place from January 2, 2024, to February 23, 2024.
