Oponent Ondřej Vacek Abstrakt Abstrakt Úvod Bakalářská práce na téma Ergoterapie u osob s Alzheimerovou chorobou pojednává o nefarmakologické léčbě Alzheimerovy choroby pomocí ergoterapeutických intervencí. Cíl práce Cílem bakalářské práce bylo charakterizovat problematiku Alzheimerovy choroby se zaměřením na kognitivní funkce a přiblížit ji odborné i neodborné veřejnosti. Taktéž zdůraznit důležitost ergoterapie, představit její možnosti a následně aplikovat poznatky do ergoterapeutických intervencí. Metodika Metodika práce byla zpracována formou kazuistiky u klientky s Alzheimerovou demencí s pozdním začátkem. Základem bylo vstupní ergoterapeutické hodnocení pomocí pozorování, volného rozhovoru a standardizovaných testů - Barthelové indexu, Addenbrookského kognitivního testu, Mini Mental State Examination a Geriatrické škály deprese. Výsledky Výsledky intervencí byly vyhodnoceny pomocí vstupního a výstupního vyšetření a standardizovaných testů. Díky realizaci krátkodobého plánu došlo k mírnému zlepšení stavu klientky. Závěr Popsání problematiky Alzheimerovy choroby. Kazuistika u osoby s Alzheimerovou chorobou. Zdůraznění důležitosti role ergoterapeuta v rámci léčby týkající se udržení kognitivních funkcí, fyzické kondice a psychického stavu. Cíl této bakalářské práce byl splněn a byla potvrzena důležitost ergoterapie při léčbě Alzheimerovy choroby. Dodržováním ergoterapeutického plánu došlo k mírnému fyzickému zlepšení v oblasti kondice a udržení schopnosti kognitivních funkcí. Abstract Introduction The bachelor thesis on Occupational therapy for people with Alzheimer's disease deals with the non-pharmacological treatment of Alzheimer's disease using occupational therapy interventions. The aim of the thesis The aim of the bachelor thesis was to characterize the problematics of Alzheimer's disease with a focus on cognitive functions and to present it to the professional and non-professional public. Also to highlight the importance of occupational therapy, to present its possibilities and then to apply the findings to occupational therapy interventions. Methodology The methodology of this thesis was developed in the form of a case study of a client with late-onset Alzheimer's dementia. It was based on an initial occupational therapy assessment using observation, free interview and standardized tests - Barthel Index, Addenbrooke's Cognitive Test, Mini Mental State Examination and Geriatric Depression Scale. Results The outcomes of the interventions were assessed using the baseline and final examinations and standardized tests. The implementation of the short-term plan resulted in a slight improvement in the client's condition. Conclusion Describing the issue of Alzheimer's disease. Emphasise the importance of the role of the occupational therapist in treatment concerning the maintenance of cognitive function, physical fitness and mental state. The aim of this bachelor's thesis was met and the importance of occupational therapy in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease was confirmed. By adhering to the occupational therapy plan, there was a slight improvement in physical fitness and maintenance of cognitive function.
