Zaměřuji se na předoperační, pooperační, předprotetickou a protetickou fázi a ergoterapeutickou intervenci. V teoretické části píši o historii amputací, historii protetických pomůcek, nejčastějších indikacích k amputaci a fantomových bolestech. V praktické části jsem zpracovala případovou studii o pacientovi po transfemorální amputaci. Cílem této práce je přínos pro pacienty po amputacích zejména v informovanosti, a to o výhodách nejen ergoterapeutické intervence.. -- Abstrakt: In my bachelor thesis I deal with the problem of patients after high amputation on the lower limb. I focus on the pre-operative, post-operative, pre-prosthetic and prosthetic phases and occupational therapy intervention. In the theoretical part I write about the history of amputations, the history of prosthetic devices, the most common indications for amputation and phantom pain. In the practical part, I described a case study on a patient after transfemoral amputation. The aim of this work is to benefit amputees especially in awareness and about the benefits of not only occupational therapy intervention.
