Shrnuje poznatky o anatomii ORL oblasti a technických principech a parametrech výpočetní tomografie. Ve druhé části jsou srovnávána data o jednotlivých CT vyšetřeních v rámci ORL v Masarykově nemocnici v Ústí nad Labem a zjišťován jejich pokles v období pandemie COVID-19 a následný nárůst.. -- Abstrakt: In the first part, the bachelor's thesis deals with the issue and use of computed tomography in OHNS diagnostics. It summarizes knowledge about the anatomy of the OHNS and the technical principles and parameters of computed tomography. In the second part, data on individual CT examinations within the OHNS at the Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem are compared and their decrease during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic and their subsequent increase are ensured.
