Jan Lucemburský a jeho obraz v české moderní historiografii / Lucie Klarnerová. -- 2024. -- 170 listů. -- Oponent Václav Drška. -- Vedoucí práce Tomáš Velička. -- Abstrakt: Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá osobností českého krále Jana Lucemburského v rámci historiografie posledních dvou staletí. Půjde o zkoumání královy reflexe v předních historiografických dílech 19. století až po současnost. Práce se zaměřuje na vnímání a následné vyobrazení Jana Lucemburského v důležitých pracích předních českých (případně československých) historiků, ale mimo jiné sleduje posuny a nuance v reflexi králova obrazu. Za cíl si klade rovněž vyhodnocení, zda měl na tvorbu a práci historiků vliv politických, válečných či jiných důležitých událostí a milníků posledních dvou staletí a jak ony události změnily nahlížení na tuto velmi důležitou postavu českých a evropských dějin, která vstoupila do moderní doby s určitými náhledy a reflexí, na kterou nahlížíme i v současné době poněkud rozporuplně. Dalším cílem bude zjištění, jakým způsobem ona reflexe ovlivnila, případně stále ovlivňuje, obecné povědomí o této významné historické osobnosti.. -- Abstrakt: The presented diploma thesis deals with the personality of the Czech king Jan of Luxemburg within the historiography of the last two centuries. It will be an examination of the king's reflection in leading historiographical works from the 19th century to the present day. The thesis focuses on the perception and subsequent depiction of John of Luxembourg in the important works of leading Czech (or Czechoslovakian) historians, but also traces shifts and nuances in the reflection of the king's image. It also aims to evaluate whether political, war or other important events and milestones of the last two centuries had an influence on the creation and work of historians and how those events changed the perception of this very important figure of Czech and European history, who entered the modern era with certain insights and reflections, which we view even at the present time somewhat contradictory. Another goal will be to find out how that reflection influenced, or still influences, the general awareness of this important historical figure.
