Rodičovství osob se zdravotním postižením / Veronika Schleissová. -- 2024. -- 102 listů. -- Oponent Ilona Pešatová. -- Vedoucí práce Michal Vostrý. -- Abstrakt: Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice, kdy se intaktním rodičům narodí jedinec se zdravotním postižením. V teoretické části se přibližuje problematika příčin a důsledků postižení, a to konkrétně mentálního postižení, buď jako samostatného či jako přidruženého omezení v rámci jiného postižení, například dětská mozková obrna, autismus, Downův syndrom. Dále možnosti rané péče, předškolního, základního i vyššího vzdělávání, poradenství jak pro děti, tak pro rodiče a rodinné příslušníky a možnosti trávení volného času rodin se zdravotně postiženou osobou. Status rodiny, druhy rodiny a také přístupy k výchově, které se v každé rodině mohou lišit a tím spíš pak u zdravotně postiženého jedince. Jakým způsobem museli rodiče při zjištění diagnózy přizpůsobit svůj dosavadní život, který probíhal bez těchto komplikací. V rámci výzkumu autorku zajímalo, jak reagovala rodina při zjištění diagnózy, kdy se tuto skutečnost dozvěděli, reakce širší rodiny, jak a do jaké míry museli přizpůsobit svůj dosavadní život, jak a kde zjišťovali informace o postižení a zda plánují další dítě.. -- Abstrakt: The diploma thesis discusses the issue of parenting for persons with disabilities. In the theoretical part, the issue of the causes and consequences of disabilities, specifically mental disabilities, either as a separate limitation or as an associated limitation within another disability, for example cerebral palsy, autism, Down's syndrome, is approached. Furthermore, options for early care, pre-school, basic and higher education, counseling both for children and for parents and family members, and opportunities for families with a disabled person to spend their free time. The status of the family, types of family and also approaches to education, which can differ in every family, and even more so in the case of a disabled individual. In what way did the parents have to adjust their life up to now, which had been going on without these complications, upon finding out the diagnosis. As part of the research, the author was interested in how the family reacted upon finding out the diagnosis, when they learned of this fact, the reactions of the extended family, how and to what extent they had to adapt their life so far, how and where they found out information about the disability and whether they were planning another child.
