Dílčí cíle vycházejí z teoretických přístupů, tyto poznatky jsou dále porovnávány s výsledky empirického šetření a byly použity při konstrukci hypotéz. Stanovené hypotézy pomáhají odpovědět na hlavní cíl této práce, a to jaký je vliv a efektivita terapie za pomoci zvířat na kvalitu života seniorů. Pro samotné definování cíle a naplnění úspěšnosti zhodnocení, bude stavěno na teoretických základech jako je dělení terapií, typové rozdělení animoterapií, jejich vzájemná provázanost, psychologický a fyziologický základ animoterapií . Z praktického hlediska budou popisovány určité druhy zvířat a dále děleny do skupin dle typů jednotlivých terapií. V rámci efektivity bude přihlédnuto k časovému rozsahu, frekvenci sezení, specifičnosti zvířete a vlivu na jedince. Vlastní šetření analyzuje účinnost animoterapie a odpovídá na autorkou položené otázky, které hodnotí podrobněji efektivitu terapie za pomoci zvířat na kvalitu života seniorů a snaží se poukázat na její pozitiva.. -- Abstrakt: The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the effectiveness and impact of animal assisted therapy. Sub-objectives are based on theoretical approaches, and these findings are compared with the results of the survey and were used in the defining of hypotheses.The established hypotheses help to answer the main goal of this work, which is the influence and effectiveness of animal-assisted therapy on the quality of life of seniors. For the very definition of the goal itself and fulfilling successful evaluation, will be built on theoretical principles as type classification of animal-assisted therapy, their interconnectedness and psychological and physiological principle of animal-assisted therapy. From a practical point of view, certain types of animals will be described, and they will be divided into the groups according to the type of certain therapy. In terms of efficiency, the time range, frequency of each sitting and the specificity of the animal and the final impact on the client will be taken into the account. The survey itself analyzes the effectiveness of animal - assisted therapy and answers the questions asked by the author, which evaluates in more detail the effectiveness of therapy with help of animals on the quality of life of seniors and tries to point out its positives.
