Oponent Martin Dlabal Abstrakt Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vlivu zahraničních vojenských misí na rodinný a partnerský život vojáků z povolání. Je členěna do dvou částí, na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část popisuje základní informace o Armádě České republiky, vojenských zahraničních misích, které následně přibližuje i z pohledu přípravy, průběhu a návratu vojáka a dále informuje o psychologických službách, dostupných v AČR. Dále definuje základní oblasti tématu rodina, vliv specifik profese vojáka z povolání na rodinný život. Formuluje rizikové faktory spojené s výkonem povolání vojáka a závěrem analyzuje i důsledky problémů rodiny vojáka z povolání. Následující kapitola - teoreticko-kritická analýza obsahuje zpracované zahraniční i české výzkumy týkající se dané problematiky. Praktická část je založena na kombinovaném výzkumu, který je rozdělen na kvalitativní zkoumání, ze kterého následně vychází kvantitativní výzkum. Hlavním cílem práce je zmapovat rizikové faktory, které ohrožují rodinný život vojáků z povolání během vojenské zahraniční mise a po návratu z ní. Dílčími cíli práce je zjistit, do jaké míry prožívají rizikové faktory účastníci misí a jejich partnerky jako závažné a dále zjistit, zda existuje rozdíl mezi účastníky misí a jejich partnerkami v míře vnímání rizikových faktorů. Pro kvalitativní část výzkumného projektu byla zvolena metoda polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, která byla následně analyzována metodou otevřeného kódování a technikou vyložení karet. Pro kvantitativní část výzkumu byly na základě výsledků rozhovorů zpracovány nestandardizované dotazníky, ve kterých bylo využito numerických škál s verbálním zakotvením. Závěry práce shrnují výsledky zkoumání a poukazují na nově identifikované rizikové faktory, které vyšly najevo nad rámec teoretického zkoumání. The diploma thesis deals with the issues of the influnce of foreign military missions upon the family and partnership life of the profesional soldiers. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and explorative part. The theoretical part describes the basic information about the Army of Czech Republic, about the foreign military missions, which subsequently describes in details from the view of preparations, course and the homecomming of the soldier, and further gives information about the psychological services available in the Army of Czech Republic. Further defines the basic areas of the topic the family, the specifics of the career of the professional soldier and its influence upon the family life. It expresses the high risk factors linked with the output of the profession of soldier and in the end analyses the impact of the problems of the family of the professional soldier. Following chapter - the theoretically-critical analysis includes elaborated foreign and czech researches related to this problematic. The practical part is based on the combined research, which is separated on qualitative research from which comes subsequently the quantitative research. The main aim of the work is to map the risk factors, which endanger the family life of the professional soldiers during the foreign mission and after the homecomming. Partial aims of the thesis are to discover, to which extent experince the risk factors the participants of the foreign mission and their wives and partners as serious, and further to discover, and whether there exists the difference between the mission participants and their partners in the measure of perception of the risk factors. For the qualitative part of the research was chosen the method of the half structured interviews, which was then subsequently analysed through the method of open encoding and the technique of taking out the cards. For the quantitative part of the research were, based on the results of the interviews, elaborated the non standart questionnaires, in which were used the numeric scales with verbal confirming. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the results of the researches and points out the newly indentified risk factors, which came out beyond the theoretical research.
