Autorka se zaměřila na vývoj a pravidla obchodního jednání, komunikaci v obchodním jednání a rozdíly mezi českou a ruskou obchodní etiketou. Autorka BP popsala pravidla etikety a jejich využívání v obchodní sféře v obou zemích. Vytyčila pozitivní a negativní stránku všech zmíněných pravidel a poukázala na odlišnosti v pravidlech obou zemí. V závěru práce autorka komparačně analyzovala jednotlivé aspekty obchodní etikety a graficky zobrazila odlišnosti názorů podnikatelů obou národností.. -- Abstrakt: The aim of this thesis is to characterize the professional etiquette of the business negotiations of two countries, the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. The author focused on the development and rules of business negotiation, communication in business negotiations, and the differences between the Czech and Russian trade labels. The author described the etiquette rules and their use in the business sector in both countries, outlined the positive and negative aspects of these rules, and pointed out the differences in the rules of both countries. In the conclusion of this thesis, the author comparatively analyzed the individual aspects of the business etiquette and graphically depicted the differences of opinion of the entrepreneurs of both nationalities.
