V současné době jsou kreativní klastry v Rusku součástí aktivně se rozvíjejícího sektoru kreativní ekonomiky. Zatím však nejsou objektem výzkumu na mezinárodní úrovni v rámci globální kreativní ekonomiky. Jejich vlastnosti a specifika rozvoje nejsou dostatečně prozkoumána, což je názorně vidět v mezinárodních masmédiích, kde jsou popisy jednotlivých klastrů jako objektů turistického ruchu bez analýzy jejich struktur, funkce, dynamiky a vztahů (lokálních a nelokálních). Proto je tato práce zaměřena na výzkum "ruského modelu" kreativního klastru a na jeho zařazení do mezinárodního kontextu. Oblast zkoumání je konkretizována na modely klastrů vzniklé za pomoci iniciativ komunity a klastrů které vznikly ze soukromého kapitálu v období mezi lety 2003-2016. Bude také navrhnuta klasifikace a vypracována srovnávací matice, za jejíž pomoci budou porovnány vybrané kreativní klastry. Cílem této práce je: definování rysů kreativních klastrů vzniklých z komunity a soukromého kapitálu, porovnání vybraných kreativních klastrů Moskvy a Petrohradu a ruského a evropského klastrového modelu prostřednictvím studia struktur a podmínek vzniku a rozvoje.. -- Abstrakt: The topic of the thesis is the phenomenon of creative clusters in Russia. Nowadays when creative clusters appear as a mature part of Russian creative economic sector, their properties, structures, functions and dynamics are still not explored enough. International organizations working withing the sector of creative economy do not pay attention to particular properties of Russian "cluster model" in their reports and researches. That is why defining the "Russian model" of creative cluster and its inclusion into the international context has become the task of this study. The thesis is focused on models of clusters created with the help of community initiatives and clusters that were funded by private capital between 2003 and 2016. Proposed classification and a comparative matrix of creative clusters in Russia will be applied to the selected clusters. The main goals of the work are defining the features of organic and manmade clusters, and comparing the selected creative clusters in Moscow and St. Petersburg with Russian and German cluster models including their structures, functions, terms of rise and development.
