Údaje o názvu Contemporary critical reception of W. Blake's Songs of Innocence and Songs of Experience [rukopis] / Rostislav Štihlovský Další variantní názvy Současná kritická recepce Blakeových Písní nevinnosti a zkušenosti Osobní jméno Štihlovský, Rostislav, (autor diplomové práce nebo disertace) Vyd.údaje 2014 Fyz.popis 44 l. This bachelor thesis focuses on two well-known poetic collections by William Blake Songs of Innocence and Songs of Experience. Its main goal is to trace how is the author seen in the eyes of critical literature, mainly the second half of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st century. This investigative work is familiar with these two collections of poems as well as with the critical reception of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century. Only then can be Blake's work seen from different approaches and views. At the end, which will be a synthesis of many different opinions, views and critical receptions, the author will highlight new and subjective views on Blake's poetic collections. Alternatively, the focus will be on earlier critical receptions, which are insurmountable, or that previous critical works are still taken into consideration by the contemporary ones. The author of this bachelor thesis is aware that this is a very large area for this kind of work, then consequently it is possible to shorten the field (i.e. focus on the view of younger generation of literary critics).
