Teoretická východiska práce zahrnují především možnosti řešení problémů spojených s prostitucí, preventivní a osvětovou činnost nevládních organizací, a eliminaci negativních doprovodných jevů prostituce. Výzkumné šetření bylo směřováno ke zjištění skutečného stavu povědomí mezi prostituujícími osobami o rizicích jejich chování. Jakým způsobem přistupují k ochraně svého zdraví a zdraví klientů. Zda a jak vnímají prostitutky činnost organizací, které s nimi spolupracují a má-li tato spolupráce efekt, zda-li je pro ně přínosem. Výstupem práce jsou návrhy, opatření a doporučení, která by měla kladný vliv na zkoumanou oblast.. -- Abstrakt: This bachelor thesis focuses on the matter of the prostitutes risk behavior. The theoretical starting point of my thesis includes the possible solutions of the problems closely related to the prostitution. In addition to that, it describes the preventive and educational activities of the non-governmental organizations and finally, it comes up with the proposals how to eliminate the negative aspects accompanying the prostitution. The exploratory investigation of my thesis was aimed at finding on the actual awareness of the risk behavior amongst the prostitutes and consequently, how do they approach to both their own and their client's health protection. Additionally, the beneficial role of the cooperating non-governmental organizations to the prostitutes was examined thoroughly. Finally, this bachelor thesis drafts some proposals, measures and recommendations in order to influence that complex issue in a positive manner.
