Hiporehabilitace ve fyzioterapii [rukopis] / Petra Jungerová. -- 2014. -- 78 l., [13] l.příl. : barev. il., tabulky. -- Ved. práce Eva Buchtelová. -- Abstrakt: Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám komplexní formou léčby pomocí koně neboli hiporehabilitací. Svou práci jsem rozdělila na část obecnou, speciální a hlavní. V obecné části zmiňuji historii léčebného ježdění a popis korektního sedu. Dále jsem přiblížila stav hiporehabilitace v České republice a její rozvoj v zahraničí. Nadále jsem vymezila pojmy léčebné ježdění, hiporehabilitace a hipoterapie. Následuje charakteristika jednotlivých složek, jejich indikace a kontraindikace. Zmiňuji zde i kineziologii pohybu člověka a vliv hipoterapie na CNS. Ve speciální části jsem se zaměřila na kineziologii pohybu koně v kroku, analýzu pohybů koně a jezdce a specifický vliv koně na lidský organismus. Dále přibližuji podmínky pro realizaci hipoterapie v praxi a správný výběr koně. Hlavní část je věnována kazuistice, tvorbě krátkodobého plánu fyzioterapie a hipoterapie, sledování pacienta a vytvoření dlouhodobého plánu fyzioterapie a hipoterapie. Na konci je zařazena diskuze, kde hodnotím výsledky práce a splnění či nesplnění úkolů a cílů práce.. -- Abstrakt: My Bachelor's thesis contains information about comprehensive form of treatment by means of a horse which is called Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies. This thesis is split to general, special and main parts. In general part I mentioned history of the therapeutic riding and description of the proper sitting position. As next, I investigated the state of hippotherapy in Czech Republic and its expansion in foreign countries. Then I defined concepts of therapeutic riding, Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies and hippotherapy. After that, there is characteristic of particular parts, their indication and contraindication. I mentioned the kinesiology of human movement and effect of hippotherapy on CNS. In special part I focused on kinesiology of horse walk movement, analysis of horse and horseman movement and on specific effect of horse on human organism. After that I described conditions for realization of hippotherapy in practice and I described how to choose correct horse. The main part is focused on casuistry, creation of short-term plan of physiotherapy and of hippotherapy, on observation of patient and on creation of long-term plan of physiotherapy and of hippotherapy. At the end of this thesis there is included discussion, where I am rating results of my work and accomplishment of tasks and of target of this thesis.
