Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí, z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je pojednáváno o pojmu sebepojetí, psychologické aspekty tělesně postiţených, klasifikace pohybových vad, ucelená rehabilitace, a na závěr charakteristika zařízeních, kde byla získávána data do mé empirické části této práce. Empirická část zahrnuje dvanáct rozhovorů, které jsou analyzovány pomocí metody zakotvené teorie.. -- Abstrakt: The aim of this dissertation is to investigate the self conception of the physically handicapped. This dissertation has 2 main parts, one is theoretical and one is practical. The theoretical part will discuss how handicapped people perceive themselves, psychological aspects of being physically handicapped, classification of the physically handicapped, complete rehabilitation and the characteristics of the facilities where the data was collected during the practical section of the dissertation. The practical section of the dissertation includes 12 discussions which have been analysed with the help of an established theory.
