Cílem práce je analýza současného stavu svazku obcí, mikroregionů, vzájemná spolupráce obcí a možnosti dalšího regionálního rozvoje. V České republice existuje několik organizací podporujících regionální rozvoj. Výsledky jejich práce jsou přínosem nejen pro stát, ale pro obyvatelstvo jednotlivých obcí či mikroregionů. Mikroregiony se nejčastěji utvářejí za účelem vybudování či rekonstrukce infrastruktury, posílení cestovního ruchu a celého území. Obce se sdružují za účelem rozvoje svého území, čerpání dotací z národních či evropských fondů a poskytnutí všestranné péče o blaho svých obyvatel. K tomu, aby bylo možné čerpat dotace z národních či evropských fondů, je potřeba efektivní a kvalitní práce managementu obcí a odborných firem. Strategický plán a rozvojové dokumenty jsou nedílnou součástí úspěchu při čerpání dotací. -- Abstrakt: This thesis covers the topic of urban communities/municipalities, micro regions and their cooperation. The aim of this work is the analysis of the current state of urban communities, microregions and mutual cooperation of communities and possibilites of further regional development. There are several organizations in the Czech Republic that support regional development. The results of their work benefit not only the country as a whole but also the population of individual communities and micro regions. The main reason why micro regions are being created is the establishment or reconstruction of the infrastructure, enhancement of the tourist industry and the entire region. Urban communities are created in order to advance the area, take advantage of grants from national or European funds, and to provide care for their residents. In order to be able to draw from grants from national or European funds, it's necessary to have effective and efficient management of the municipalities and professional firms in place. A strategic plan and development documents are integral parts of success for drawing from grants.
