Integrační proces azylantů [rukopis] = Integration process of asylants / Lucie Vojtková. -- 2008. -- 51 l., 3 l. příl. : il., mapy. -- Lic. smlouva. -- Abstrakt: Práce se snaží objasnit, do jaké míry souvisí délka trvání řízení o udělení mezinárodní ochrany s úspěšností následné integrace azylantů. Pro obsah práce je relevantní pozitivní roz-hodnutí. Tato práce by chtěla rovněž nahlédnout na problematiku z pohledu samotného azylanta a odhalit jeho očekávání spojené s procesem integrace a tedy způsob, jakým azylant chápe statut azylanta, a jak tento jeho názor ovlivňuje jeho začleňování se do společnosti. Jde o komplikovaný děj, jehož úspěšnost mimo jiné závisí na délce trvání azylového řízení, ale zá-roveň vyžaduje i aktivní přístup azylantů. Vyvrcholením práce je kritická analýza jednotlivých částí integračního procesu a dopo-ručení na možnou úpravu především jeho délky, stejně tak jako i předchozího azylového řízení.. -- Abstrakt: The work try to clarify if the duration of asylum proceedings is connected with the succes of condecutive integration process. For contens of this work the positive decree is relevant. This work also wants to peer on this problem from the asylant view and disclosure his exeptations of the integration process as well as the way, how the asylant understands this status, and how his opinion influents his integration to the society. It is a complicated process, which succes, among others, depend on the asylum proceedings duration abreast with the activ approach of asylants. The culmination of this work is a critical analysis of particular parts of the integration process with recommendations of duration of modification at fisrt as well as previous asylum proceedings.
