Cílem práce je analýza regulace a dohledu nad finančním trhem v České republice a zjištění, zda je již finanční trh v České republice dostatečně bezpečný. Jelikož se finanční trh dělí do čtyř samostatných části: bankovní soustava, pojistný trh, kapitálový trh a družstevní záložny, vypracovala jsem regulaci a dohled pro každou část finančního trhu samostatně. U jednotlivých částí finančního trhu se zabývám jejich dohledem a regulací, pravidly dohledu a obecně charakterizuji jednotlivé dozorčí orgány. Závěrečná a zároveň praktická část mé práce je zaměřena na integraci dohledu nad finančním trhem a zhodnocením bezpečnosti finančního trhu.. -- Abstrakt: This work is focused on the regulation and supervision of a financial market in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is the analysis of a financial market regulation and supervision in the Czech Republic and finding out whether the financial market is safe. Seeing that the financial market is divided into four parts: banking system, market of insurance, capital market and cooperative loan offices, I draw up the financial market regulation and supervision for each of these parts separately. In each part of the financial market, I'm concerned with their regulation and supervision, rules of supervision and general characteristics of supervisory authorities. The final and practical part of my work is focused on the integration of the financial market regulation and evaluation of safety factors in the financial market. At the end of work I learn that regulation and supervision are in a good way.
