Methods promoting reflective thinking in English teachers [rukopis] / Tomáš Fišer. -- 2008. -- 77 l. -- Abstrakt: Za téma své diplomové práce jsem si zvolil "Metody vedoucí k rozvoji reflexivního myšlení učitelů angličtiny``. Zaměřil jsem se na teoretické pozadí daného tématu, jeho popis a definice spjaté s reflexivní koncepcí vyučování. V praktické části práce se zabývám výzkumem, který jsem navrhnul, uskutečnil a vyhodnotil za použití metod vedoucích k rozvoji reflexe u učitelů. Cílem výzkumu bylo objasnit proces a možnosti nabývání sebereflexe v reálných podmínkách českého školství. Na základě výsledků výzkumu jsem potvrdil svou hypotézu, stanovenou na začátku svého průzkumu, že získávání principů reflexivního myšlení a jejich aplikace v praxi umožňuje učitelům zkoumat a kriticky hodnotit charakter jejich práce a vede ke zlepšení jejich vyučovacích návyků.. -- Abstrakt: As the topic of my diploma thesis I chose ``Methods promoting reflective thinking in teachers". I focused on the theoretical background, description and definitions of the reflective approach to teaching and as the practical part I designed, carried out and evaluated a research using a variety of methods promoting reflective thinking in teacher practitioners. The aim of the research was to clarify the process and possibilities of fostering the self-reflection in real conditions of different Czech schools. On the basis of results of the research I proved the hypothesis stated at the beginning of my investigation that the acquisition of principles and methods of reflective thinking and their application in practice enables teachers to investigate and critically evaluate the nature of their work and leads to improvement of their teaching habits.
