Práce je rozdělena do čtyř základních částí. Po úvodu, kde je objasněn výběr tématu, je v první části zaměřena pozornost na život a dílo zakladatele galerie a mecenáše umění P.Treťjaka. Druhá část je věnována založení galerie a připomíná původní domácí sbírku a důvody, jež P.Treťjaka vedly k založení galerie. V následující části jsou stručně popsány důležité exponáty.Jedná se o přehlídku nejvýznamnějších děl, která dnes tvoří základ sbírky. Čtvrtá část je shrnutím stopadesátileté existence galerie a jde v ní o souhrn všech důležitých mezníků které se udály za tuto dobu. V závěru jsou vyjádřeny všechny nejdůležitější poznatky a zároveň i doporučení, ke kterým jsem v souvislosti s Treťjakovskou galerií došla. -- Abstrakt: The theme of this work is the Tretyakov Gallery and its historical significance in the history of Russian painting. The thesis are divided into four parts. After the introduction, which is illustrated by selecting the topic, is the first part focuses on the life and work of the founder and patron of art galleries P. Tretyakov. The second part is devoted to establishing the gallery and reminiscent of the early collection of home and the reasons that Mr Tretyakov led to the founding of the gallery. The following section briefly describes the importants painting. There are a major of works that now form the basis of the collection. The fourth section is a summary one hundred and fifty years existence of the gallery and it is about the recapitulation of all the important milestones that have occurred during this period. In the end are expressed all the findings and recommendations as well, which I related to the Tretyakov Gallery has come.
