Konstrukce parametrického modelu víka zavazadlového prostoru na modelu AFD Car / Štěpán Rejhon. -- 2023. -- 47 listů : ilustrace (převážně barevné). -- Vedoucí práce Martin Svoboda. -- Oponent Filip Coufal. -- Abstrakt: V bakalářské práci je řešen návrh nového víka zavazadlového prostoru a jeho konstrukční zhodnocení pro návrh koncepčního vozu AFD car vytvořeného designovým centrem firmy Aufeer design s.r.o, v programu Catia V5. V teoretické části práce je stručná rešerše současného stavu a teoretický popis konstrukce. V praktické části práce je popsána kinematika otevírání víka, návrh vstupního otvoru zavazadlového prostoru, umístění zámku, dorazů, zavěsů, konstrukce dílů víka zavazadlového prostoru a tvorba 3D modelu pro budoucí provedení pevnostní analýzy výpočtovým oddělením ve vybraných kritických bodech. V závěru práce je provedeno zhodnocení vyrobitelnosti nově navrženého designu víka zavazadlového prostoru.. -- Abstrakt: The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a new luggage compartment lid and its structural evaluation for the design of a concept car AFD car created by the design centre of Aufeer design s.r.o., in Catia V5. In the theoretical part of the thesis there is a brief research of the current state of the art and a theoretical description of the design. The practical part of the thesis describes the kinematics of the lid opening, the design of the luggage compartment entrance opening, the location of the lock, stops, hinges, the construction of the luggage compartment lid parts and the creation of a 3D model for future strength analysis by the calculation department at selected critical points. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the manufacturability of the newly designed luggage compartment lid design.
