Zájem bude zaměřen také na to, kteří měšťané zde získali měšťanské právo a kteří složili přísahu věrnosti. Práce přinese statistiky nejen kdy a v jakém počtu měšťané do Chomutova přicházeli, ale také z jakých míst nejčastěji. Přihlédnuto bude také na povolání příchozích měšťanů a také na analýzu plateb za měšťanské právo. V kontextu s migrací bude zohledněn i historický vývoj města Chomutova.. -- Abstrakt: Migration is a contemporary social theme that had an important role in the history. This bachelor thesis deals with historical migration in the early modern period. It focuses mainly on the movement from villages or towns into cities when searching better living conditions, job opportunities or contracting a marriage. Specifically, the migration of townsmen into the town of Chomutov in the 18th century is being discussed. Besides finding out how many new citizens came and in which years, attention will be also paid to distinguishing the newcomers´ original domicile and their profession. The paper also addresses the mechanism of gaining the bourgeois law and taking the oath of loyalty. In connection with the city law, the fee that had to be paid for the gain of this law will be also discussed. To determine migration to the cities, the urban or the burgher books are used as a source material. The Burgher book of laws and oaths of Loyalty 1708-1768 of Chomutov is used as a source for addressing migration issues into Chomutov in the 18th century. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter contains a diplomatic-paleographic description of the research source - appearance, writing, scribes. The second chapter deals with the history of the Chomutov city from the beginning to the end of the 17th century for a better understanding of the development preceding the 18th century, which is also addressed in the second chapter. The last chapter contains a general overview of migration and then the aforementioned points regarding migration of townsmen specifically into Chomutov are analysed.
