Teoretická východiska práce vycházejí z aktuálních poznatků v oblasti penitenciární péče, programů zacházení ve věznicích, mechanismů podpory úspěšné reintegrace atd. Cílem kvalitativně orientovaného výzkumného šetření je analýza pohledu samotných uvězněných osob na postupy podpory úspěšné reintegrace do společnosti využívané v rámci činnosti výstupních oddělení ve vybraných věznicích. Dominantní výzkumnou metodou je dotazování. Výstupem práce je formulace strukturovaných doporučení pro možné zefektivnění využívaných postupů ve zkoumané oblasti.. -- Abstrakt: Bachelor thesis will is thematically focused on the issues of possible mechanisms to support reintegration of persons in custody back to society, paying particular attention to the function of the output sections in prisons. The theoretical basis of the work is based on the latest knowledge in the field of penitentiary care, treatment programs in prisons, mechanisms to support successful reintegration etc. The aim of the qualitatively oriented research is to analyze the perspective of the procedures to support imprisoned persons in successful reintegration back into society used in the output department in selected prisons. The research dominant method is questionnaire. The outcome of the work is formulation of structured recommendations for possible effectiveness of the procedures used in the studied area.
