Nastíněna je i medikamentózní a chirurgická léčba. Obecná část popisuje anatomii a kineziologii krční páteře, vznik problémů, projevy jednotlivých typů onemocnění včetně metod pro diagnostikování onemocnění. Speciální část udává možnosti fyzioterapie pro léčbu vertebrogenních poruch a jejich prevenci. Závěrečná část práce je věnována kasuistice konkrétního pacienta s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem.. -- Abstrakt: The work analyzes the vertebrogenic disease in the cervical spine and subsequent treatment methods of physical therapy, manual therapy and therapeutic use of concepts. Is outlined as well as medical and surgical treatment. General section describes the anatomy and kinesiology of cervical spine, the emergence of problems, symptoms of diseases including various types of methods for diagnosing disease. A special section gives the possibility of physiotherapy for the treatment of vertebral disorders and their prevention. The final section is devoted to a specific patient case report with vertebrogenic algic syndrome.
