Komparace ošetřovatelské péče u pacienta s akutní bolestí mezi Českou a Slovenskou republikou [rukopis] / Kristina Juhasová. -- 2011. -- 74 l., 12 l. příl. : il. -- Ved. práce Hana Plachá. -- Abstrakt: Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem komparace ošetřovatelské péče u pacienta s akutní bolestí mezi Českou a Slovenskou republikou. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na různé definice bolesti a na poskytování ošetřovatelské péče u pacienta s akutní bolestí v jednotlivých fázích ošetřovatelského procesu. V empirické části si stanovuji jeden hlavní a čtyři dílčí cíle, které mi pomohou porovnat poskytování ošetřovatelské péče pacientům s akutní bolestí a to mezi Českou a Slovenskou republikou. Zvolenou formou průzkumu je dotazník. Z vyhodnocených dotazníků jsem došla k závěru, že ani jedna ze srovnávaných zemí není ve výrazné převaze. Sestry v České republice více pomáhají pacientovi v rámci svých kompetencí, používají častěji hodnotící škály a častěji zjišťují intenzitu a charakter akutní bolesti. Sestry na Slovensku se naopak více snaží odvést pacientovu pozornost od akutní bolesti, využívají častěji jiné metody než analgetické a mají také lepší přístup při léčbě bolesti.. -- Abstrakt: This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of Comparsion of nursing care for patients in acute pain between the Czech and Slovak Republic. The theoretical part focuses on different definitions of pain and on the providing of nursing care for patiens in acute pain in various phases of the process of nursing. In the empirical section one main and four sub-goals are established, and they will help to compare the provision of nursing care between the Czech and Slovak Republic. The form of my survey is a questionnaire. Based on the questionnaires I concluded that neither from the countries I have compared is in the majority. Nurses in the Czech Republic more try to help the patients within their competences, they use the rating scales more often and determine the intensity and character of acute pain. The nurses in Slovakia try to detract patients from acute pain, they use other methods than the analgesic ones and their attitude to the cure of pain is better.
