Cílem práce je analyzovat faktory, které ovlivňují efektivnost odpadových služeb v městech a obcích, a to s akcentem na technické parametry systému. Na základě informací z vybraného regionu Ústeckého kraje bude výsledkem práce meziobecní srovnání nákladů a identifikace technických a jiných parametrů systému, které ovlivňují efektivnost poskytování. Nedílnou součástí práce bude i formulace doporučení pro vybraná města a obce, jak zvýšit efektivnost poskytování služeb.. -- Abstrakt: With the development of the industry, the amount of the waste increases, as well as the cost of disposal. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the factors that influence the efficacy of the waste services in towns and municipalities, with the emphasis on the technical parameters of the system. The result of this work is the cost comparison among the particular municipalities and the identification of the technical and other parameters of the system, which affect the efficiency of the waste service. The whole work is based on the information from the selected region of Ústí nad Labem. The thesis also includes some recommendations for the selected towns and municipalities that can increase the effectiveness of the service.
