Netýkavka malokvětá v porostech bučin v CHKO Kokořínsko [rukopis] / Jana Pěknicová. -- 2008. -- 78 l. : il. ; 30 cm. -- Abstrakt: Bakalářská práce je věnována studiu netýkavky malokvěté (Impatiens parviflora) v CHKO Kokořínsko. V úvodní části je popsána přírodní charakteristika zájmové oblasti. V dalších kapitolách je definována invaze a invazní druhy, zejména podmínky šíření nepůvodních rostlinných druhů. Následující část je věnována charakteristice rodu Impatiens, zejména jejímu zástupci Impatiens parviflora. Další kapitola je zaměřena na způsoby likvidace invazních druhů. Nejdůležitější částí je vlastní práce s výsledky pokusů v terénu i v laboratoři; zejména jejich zpracování a vyhodnocení, pomocí grafů a tabulek. Součástí práce je finanční náročnost likvidace. Závěrečná část shrnuje poznatky z pokusů, snaží se o nalezení nejvhodnější metody regulace Impatiens parviflora a hodnotí splnění cílů bakalářské práce. -- Abstrakt: The bachelor thesis is focused on the study of Impatiens parviflora in the Protected Landscape area of Kokořínsko (PLA Kokořínsko). In the first part - the introduction - the basic characteristic area of interest and the focus on natural conditions are described. In the following chapters, invasion and invasive plant species are defined and special terms of their distribution are described. The following part is focused on the characterization of the ancestry of Impatiens, especially its represent Impatiens parviflora. The next chapter is focused on the methods of liquidation of invasive plant species. The main part and the most important part of the work is the assessment of the field experiment and the laboratory conditions experiment; especially their data processing and reporting with graphs and charts. One part of the bachelor thesis is the financial cost of the liquidation. The final part recapitulates the knowledge from the experiments, it tries to choose the best methods of regulation of the Impatiens parviflora and it tries to evaluate the achievements of the bachelor thesis.
