Zaměřená je na vyhlášení soutěže a vznik nového divadla, rozboru jednotlivých architektonických návrhů a podmínek, které vedly k vzniku této stavby. Mimo to čtenáře seznamuje s architekty, kteří se zúčastnili užšího kola soutěže, a to i s vítězem soutěže Alexandrem Grafem. V práci jsou popsány i další divadelní stavby tohoto architekta a jsou porovnány s divadlem v Ústí nad Labem. Součástí práce je i stručná historií Ústí nad Labem a historie samotného divadla.. -- Abstrakt: This diploma thesis deals with the theater in Ústí nad Labem. It focuses on announcing the competition and emergence of a new theater, analyzing individual architectural designs and conditions that leds to the construction of this building. Among other things the reader is acquainted with the architects who participated in the narrower round of the competition, including Alexander Graf, the winner of this competition. In this diploma thesis are described other theater works of this architect and they are compared with the theater in Ústí nad Labem. Part of the work also includes a brief history of Ústí nad Labem and the history of the theater itself.
