V této práci se snažím více přiblížit tuto problematiku. Práce obsahuje část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je rozdělena na část obecnou a speciální. Obecná část pojednává o gerontologii a gerontopsychiatrii. Speciální část práce je zaměřena na ucelenou rehabilitaci, čtenáře seznamuje s pojmem ergoterapie a přibližuje roli ergoterapie v gerontopsychiatrii s přihlédnutím k problematice demence. Praktická část práce je věnována kazuistice klientky s vaskulárním typem demence. Tato část obsahuje vstupní vyšetření klientky a následné stanovení a realizaci krátkodobého ergoterapeutického plánu. Dále obsahuje výstupní vyšetření a stanovení dlouhodobého ergoterapeutického plánu.. -- Abstrakt: This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic "Occupational therapy in gerontopsychiatry". The thesis includes both theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided in two sections: The general part and the special part. The general part focuses on gerontology and gerontopsychiatry. The special part focuses on the comprehensive rehabilitation, presents the term "occupational therapy", and describes the role of occupational therapy in gerontopsychiatry, taking account of the issue of dementia. The practical part is focusing on the case interpretation of a client with the vascular type of dementia. This part includes the description of the baseline examination and following designation and implementation of a short-term occupational-therapy plan, and the description of the final examination and the proposal of a long-term occupational-therapy plan.
