Zabývá se postupu rehabilitace u pacienta s výhřezem ploténky L5/ S1. Na začátku práce je seznam použitých tabulek, práce se jinak skládá z úvodu, kde je čtenář uveden do bakalářské práce, dále přehledu teoretických poznatků, která je dělena na část obecnou a speciální. V obecné a speciální části je možné se dočíst např. o etiopatogenezi, incidenci, rizikových faktorech. Také o využití léčby fyzikálními prostředky, obecnými léčebnými postupami či speciálními fyzioterapeutickými koncepty apod. Dále je v práci část s vypsanými cíly a úkoly samotné bakalářské práce. Hlavním úsekem je část hlavní, kde práce poukazuje na praktickou část s pacientem. Na konci práce je závěr, použitá bibliografie a seznam příloh, který práci ukončuje.. -- Abstrakt: The work is focused on issue of vertebral disease, especially in lumbosacral spine. It deals with the process of rehabilitation in a patient with a L5 / S1 disc herniation. At the beginning is a list of used tables, but the work consists of an introduction, which is shown the thesis for reader. Futher review of theoretical knowledge, which is divided into general and special part. In the general and special part can be read as the etiopathogenesis, incidence, risk factors. Also, the use of physical means of treatment, general medical practice, special physiotherapeutic concepts and etc. Further is a part with the thesis of the goals and tasks. In the main parth is the work refers to the practical part with the patient. At the end is conclusion, used bibliography and list of attachments, which terminates the work.
