Zabývá se formami soužití společnosti s osobami s postižením a jejich projevy ve školním prostředí, rozdíly mezi integrativním a inkluzivním přístupem, ukazateli inkluze a předpoklady úspěšné inkluze a ukotvením integrace a inkluze v české legislativě. Na základě platné legislativy a dostupných metodik je vymezena pozice asistenta pedagoga, její historie i současné pojetí. V neposlední řadě se teoretická část zaměřuje na spolupráci učitele s asistentem pedagoga, její nastavení a formy. V empirické části práce byl zvolen kvalitativní design založený na polostrukturovaných rozhovorech. Hlavním cílem práce je zjištění vlivu vybraných aspektů na spolupráci učitelů s asistenty pedagoga na prvním stupni základních škol v jednotlivých fázích edukačního procesu.. -- Abstrakt: The diploma thesis named Cooperation between teacher and teaching assistant in the context of educational activities in its theoretical part defines the concept of inclusive education. It deals with forms of coexistence of society with people with disabilities and their manifestations in the school environment, differences between the integrative and inclusive approach, inclusion indicators and prerequisites for successful inclusion, and the anchoring of integration and inclusion in Czech legislation. Based on current legislation and available methodologies, the position of a teaching assistant, its history, and its current concept is defined. Last but not least, the theoretical part focuses on the cooperation of the teacher with the teaching assistant, its setting, and its forms. In the empirical part of the thesis, a qualitative design was chosen based on semi-structured interviews. The main aim of the thesis is to determine the influence of selected aspects on the cooperation of teachers with teaching assistants at the first stage of elementary schools in each phase of the educational process.
