Ved. práce Hana Plachá Abstrakt Diplomová práce na téma "Efektivní vedení ošetřovatelského týmu z pohledu sestry" se zabývá pohledem, který je v současné době velmi důležitý a je nutné se tomuto tématu věnovat. Pokud je vedoucí pracovník v ošetřovatelství dobrým manažerem, funguje ošetřovatelský tým korektně, a na tomto základě je možné udržovat a podporovat zdraví a uspokojovat potřeby klienta. Cílem diplomové práce bylo pokusit se zjistit, zda jsou sestry správně a efektivně vedeny při poskytování ošetřovatelské péče/výkonu svého povolání. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje kapitoly o ošetřovatelském týmu ve zdravotnictví, jeho budování, týmové spolupráci, managementu, efektivním vedení a náplni práce vedoucích pracovníků v ošetřovatelství. Výzkumná část práce má za úkol ověřit správnost stanovených cílů a pracovních hypotéz. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit pohled zdravotních sester na efektivní vedení ošetřovatelského týmu. Dílčí cíle mají zjistit, zda je v ošetřovatelském týmu dostatek vzdělaného, kompetentního a zkušeného personálu, organizační strukturu pracoviště zdravotních sester, hodnocení komunikace vedoucího pracovníka se zaměstnanci nebo také zda jsou zdravotní sestry motivovány vedoucím pracovníkem a jakou formu motivace upřednostňují. V praktické části byla zvolena kvantitativní metoda formou dotazníků, které byly rozdány do zdravotnických zařízení zdravotním sestrám, pracujících na klinických pracovištích ambulantní a lůžkové péče. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou znázorněny v grafech, následně byly vyhodnoceny cíle a hypotézy. Výsledky průzkumu by měly nejen objasnit, zda je vedení ošetřovatelských týmů efektivní, ale měly by být také využity pro účely jak v ošetřovatelské praxi samotné, tak i k dalšímu a hlubšímu výzkumu v rámci oboru ošetřovatelství. Závěry a výstupy z této diplomové práce by pak mohly mít pozitivní dopady na činnosti spojené s organizací a řízením ošetřovatelské péče, stejně jako na další vzdělávání a transformaci oboru. Navrhovaná opatření, uvedená v závěru této práce, musí být realizovatelná, akceptovatelná a srozumitelná, aby byla využitelná při organizaci a řízení ošetřovatelské péče, ale také musí být v souladu s primárním cílem práce. The diploma thesis on the topic "Effective management of the nursing team from the perspective of a nurse" deals with the perspective, which is currently very important and it is necessary to discuss this topic. If the senior nurse manager is a good manager, then the nursing team works and on this basis it is possible to maintain and support health and satisfy the needs of the client. The aim of the diploma thesis was to try to find out whether nurses are correctly and effectively led in providing nursing care/exercise of their profession. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part contains chapters on the nursing team in the health sector, its building, team cooperation, management, effective leadership and the job content of the senior nurse managers. The research part of the diploma thesis is to verify the correctness of the stated goals and working hypotheses. The main goal of the diploma thesis was to find out the view of nurses on the effective management of the nursing team. The partial goals are to find out whether there is enough educated, competent and experienced staff in the nursing team, the organisational structure of the nursing department, the assessment of the communication of the nurse manager with the employees, or whether the nurses are motivated by the nurse manager and what form of motivation they prefer. In the practical part, the quantitative method was chosen in the form of questionnaires, that were distributed to health establishments to nurses who work in clinical departments of outpatient and inpatient care. The results of the questionnaire survey are shown in graphs, then the goals and hypotheses were evaluated. The results of the survey should not only clarify whether the leadership of the nursing teams is effective, but should also be used for purposes, both in the nursing practice itself and for further and deeper research within the field of nursing. Conclusions and outcomes from this diploma thesis could then have positive impacts on activities related to the organization and management of nursing care, as well as on further education and transformation of the field. The proposed solutions, at the end of this diploma thesis, must be feasible, acceptable and understandable in order to be useful in the organization and management of nursing care, but also must be in line with the primary objective of the diploma thesis.
