Fenomén eutanazie / Lenka Papešová. -- 2017. -- 69 listů : grafy. -- Oponent Věra Beranová. -- Vedoucí práce Ilona Trefná. -- Abstrakt: V první kapitole teoretické části je cílem přiblížit pojem eutanazie, její vymezení od historie po současnost a uchopení eutanazie v legislativě České republiky. Budou zde popsány základní rozdíly mezi eutanazií legální a nelegální na příkladech zemí, které jsou s tímto tématem nejvíce spjaty a také bude v práci vysvětlen pojem aktivní a pasivní eutanazie. Závěr této kapitoly bude věnován osobám, které výrazným způsobem ovlivnily společenské vnímání eutanazie v České republice i ve světě. Druhá kapitola se bude zabývat paliativní péčí v České republice a hospicem Cesta domů. V praktické části bude hlavním cílem zjistit potenciální odlišnosti v intergeneračním pohledu na legalizaci eutanazie a rozdílné důvody pro a proti eutanazii v České republice. Dalším cílem bude zjištění názorů na věkovou hranici eutanazie. Tyto informace budou zjišťovány ve třech věkových kategoriích - 15 29, 30 50, 51 a více, a to pomocí kvantitativní metody formou dotazníkového šetření.. -- Abstrakt: The first chapter of the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is aimed to specify the term euthanasia, its definition from history until present time and understanding of euthanasia in the legislation of the Czech Republic. Basic differences between legal and illegal euthanasia are described on the examples of the countries, which are connected with this topic the most; terms active and passive euthanasia are explained in this part. The end of this chapter is focused on the individuals who significantly influenced societal perception of euthanasia in the Czech Republic and worldwide. The second chapter is focused on palliative care in the Czech Republic and on the hospice Cesta domů. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is aiming to ascertain potential nuances in the intergenerational view on the legalisation of euthanasia and different arguments for legalization or against legalisation of euthanasia in the Czech Republic. The other goal is to find out opinions on the age limit for euthanasia. The aim is to find out this information in three age groups: from 15 to 29 years, from 30 to 50 years, 51 + years. A quantitative method of research, a questionnaire, is used.
