Následuje rozdělení jednotlivých částí práce v obsahu. Přehled teoretických poznatků je rozdělen na dvě části - obecnou a speciální. Obecná část zahrnuje kapitoly věnované definici a problematice vzniku močové inkontinence, stručnému přehledu anatomie a fyziologie dolního močového ústrojí a pánevního dna žen a farmakologické léčbě močové inkontinence. Ve speciální části je výčet komplexní léčby MI (konzervativní i chirurgické) a popis fyzioterapeutického konceptu Ludmily Mojžíšové. Je zde také zmínka o fyzikální terapii a ergoterapii u močové inkontinence a o psychologických a sociálních aspektech MI. V závěru speciální části je zařazen plán ucelené rehabilitace v rámci metody Ludmily Mojžíšové. Následuje cíl a úkoly práce. V hlavní části je představena má klientka formou kasuistiky, která je složena z anamnézy s důrazem na urologickou anamnézu, přiloženo je dostupné lékařské vyšetření a dosavadní léčba. Na základě uvedeného vstupního kineziologického rozboru je sestaven krátkodobý rehabilitační plán, následuje výstupní kineziologický rozbor a na něj navazující dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. Závěrem práce je zhodnocení splnění cíle a úkolů práce jmenovaných výše. Práci uzavírá seznam použitých dokumentů a vložené přílohy.. -- Abstrakt: The introductory part of this work outlines the problem of urinary incontinence (UI) and the author's relation to it. The work continues with the content. The theoretical knowledge is splitted into two parts: general and the special one. The general part contains chapters that cover the definition and inception of the urinary incontinence, the short survey of anatomy and physiology of the lower urinary system and women pelvic floor. Pharmacological treatment of the problem is mentioned here as well. The special part of work lists complex ways of urine incontinence treatment: conservative and surgical. This part also presents the physiotherapy concept made by Ludmila Mojzisova. The authorin descusses the role of physical and occupational therapy in treatment of the urinary incontinence. She mentions psychological impacts that UI brings along. The special part of the book closes with the plan of comprehensive therapy, that is introduced within the scope of Ludmila Mojzisova's methodology. The main part of the work consists of the case-based scenario, which tells us the patient's anamnesis, her medical investigation and her recent treatment. Based on the above mentioned input kinesiology analysis the short-term physiotherapy plan is designed. For long-term physiotherapy plan the output kinesiology analysis must me used. The final part tries to evaluate how much initial tasks presented at the beginning were accomplished. The bibliography at the end of the book is a good source for those who want to delve further into the UI exploration.
