V teoretické části je popsána struktura kosti, typy zlomenin, klasifikace dle AO, rozdíly v operačních řešeních, komplikace a způsobech rehabilitace. Cílem práce bylo zjistit četnost tohoto druhu úrazu, příčiny, typy zlomenin, jejich léčbu, typ anestezie, a dále vliv věku a celkové fyzické kondice na rekonvalescenci v Nemocnici Žatec, o.p.s. Metodikou této práce je kvantitativní obsahová analýza za období dvou let, roku 2019 a roku 2020, jejímž předmětem byla práce s chorobopisy. Obsahovou analýzou 158 chorobopisů byla zjištěna data, která jsou znázorněna v tabulkách a grafech v kapitole prezentace výsledků. Výstupem této práce je vytvoření ošetřovatelského standardu pro péči o pacienty se zlomeninou krčku kosti stehenní v Nemocnici Žatec, o. p. s., který bude sloužit pro zlepšení kvality péče o pacienty s touto diagnózou. Výsledky budou dále poskytnuty vedení Nemocnice Žatec, o.p.s. s předpokládaným přínosem této práce pro klinickou praxi.. -- Abstrakt: This bachelor thesis is focused on the care of patients with a fractured femoral neck. The theoretical part describes the structure of the bone, types of fractures, classification according to AO, differences in surgical solutions, complications and methods of rehabilitation. The aim of the study was to determine the frequency of this type of injury, causes, types of fractures, their treatment, type of anaesthesia, as well as the effect of age and general physical condition on convalescence in the Žatec Hospital. The methodology of this work is a quantitative content analysis for a period of two years, in 2019 and 2020, the subject of which was work with medical records. The content analysis of 158 medical records revealed data, which are shown in tables and graphs in the chapter presentation of results. The output of this work is the creation of a nursing standard for the care of patients with a fractured femoral neck in the Hospital Žatec, which will serve to improve the quality of care for patients with this diagnosis. The results will be further provided to the management of the Žatec Hospital with the expected benefit of this work for clinical practice.
