Cílem bylo zhodnotit, do jaké míry jsou čeští a němečtí zaměstnanci schopni efektivně kooperovat, jaká přináší jejich spolupráce nedorozumění a příležitosti. Vyhodnocení proběhlo na základě analýzy hloubkových interview se zaměstnanci ŠKODA AUTO a tříletého pozorování společnosti autorkou. Výsledky ukazují, že zaměstnanci mají velmi rozvinutou interkulturní kompetenci a že nedorozuměním lze snadno předcházet díky implementaci správných opatření. V závěrečném doporučení jsou formulovány příklady, jak by mohl být využit potenciál interkulturně kompetentních zaměstnanců ŠKODA AUTO v oblasti interního vzdělávání.. -- Abstrakt: The master's thesis is devoted to the effectiveness of Czech-German cooperation at the ŠKODA AUTO Company in terms of intercultural communication. The aim of the work is to assess the extent to which the Czech and German employees of ŠKODA AUTO are able to cooperate effectively, and the misunderstandings as well as opportunities that arise from their collaboration. The evaluation was written based on an analysis of interviews with ŠKODA AUTO employees and three years of observation by the author. The research results show that the observed employees have a very high level of intercultural competence and that misunderstandings can be avoided by implementing the right measures. The final chapter provides model examples on how this employee competence could be used for internal education.
