Mechorosty lužního lesa Šebín u Libochovic v okrese Litoměřice / Kamila Zelenková. -- 2016. -- 65 listů : grafy, mapy + 1 CD. -- Vedoucí práce Lenka Němcová. -- Abstrakt: Na podzim 2015 a na jaře 2016 proběhl bryofloristický průzkum v lužním lese Šebín u Libochovic v okrese Litoměřice. Na sledované lokalitě bylo zjištěno 96 druhů mechorostů, z toho 10 játrovek (Marchantiophyta) a 86 druhů mechů (Bryophyta). I s literárními údaji existují záznamy o celkem 115 druzích mechorostů, 13 druzích játrovek a 102 druzích mechů. Z 96 nalezených druhů patří většina k obecně se vyskytujícím, kategorie LC červeného seznamu mechorostů. Jedna játrovka, Chiloscyphus pallescens, a 7 taxonů mechů patří do kategorie LC-att, neohrožené vyžadující pozornost, Campylopus fragilis, Dicranum fulvum, Fissidens adianthoides, Fissidens pusillus, Oxystegus tenuirostris, Plagiothecium denticulatum var. undulatum a Eurhynchium striatum. Jeden mech, Rhynchostegiella tenella, patří do kategorie LR-nt, blízké ohrožení (Kučera et al. 2012). Aktuálním průzkumem bylo zjištěno 8 druhů játrovek a 59 druhů mechů, které z lužního lesa Šebín dosud nebyly publikovány. Za nejzajímavější nové údaje lze považovat nalezení mechu Rhynchostegiella tenella, který patří k blízce ohroženým druhům, a dále nálezy epifytických mechů z rodu Orthotrichum. Z bryologického hlediska jsou nejzajímavějšími biotopy lesní pěnovcové prameniště, luhy kolem řeky Ohře s množstvím epifytických druhů na vrbách a zřícenina hradu Šebín, kde byl nalezen mech Rhynchostegiella tenella.. -- Abstrakt: In autumn 2015 and spring 2016 took place a bryological survey in the floodplain forest Sebin near the town of Libochovice. On the monitored area it was found 96 species of mosses, 10 liverworts (Marchantiophyta) and 86 species of mosses (Bryophyta). In total with the literature data there are records of 115 species of bryophytes, 13 species of liverworts and 102 species of mosses. Of these, 87 species of bryophytes among to category LC (are not at risk). One liverwort, Chiloscyphus pallescens and 7 moss taxa requiring the attention of the taxa, Campylopus fragilis, Dicranum fulvum, Fissidens adianthoides, Fissidens pusillus, Oxystegus tenuirostris, Plagiothecium denticulatum var. undulatum and Plasteurhynchium striatulum. One moss, Rhynchostegiella tenella, belongs to the category LR-nt, near threatened (Kucera et al. 2012). The current survey showed 8 species of liverworts and 59 species of mosses that of floodplain forest Sebin yet been published. The most interesting new information could be considered finding a moss Rhynchostegiella tenella, which belongs to closely threatened species, and the findings of epiphytic mosses of genus Orthotrichum. From the point of bryological view the most interesting habitats in the forest are forest tufa-forming spring, meads along the river Ohre with amount of epiphytic species on willows and ruins of Sebin, where was found moss Rhynchostegiella tenella.
