Teoretická část diplomové práce je věnována všeobecným aspektům a historickému vývoji zdvořilosti, jakožto i vědeckým teoriím zabývajícím se danou problematikou. Pozornost je zaměřena na gramatické a lexikální prostředky německého jazyka, jejichž pomocí je zdvořilost realizována. Dále jsou v diplomové práci uvedeny mluvní akty, pro které je zdvořilost obzvláště charakteristická. V praktické části diplomové práce jsou uvedeny texty a výňatky textů z tisku, internetu, obchodní korespondence německé firmy Suchy Messtechnik a jiné písemnosti, vztahující se ke zdvořilému jednání. Podstatou diplomové práce je analýza uvedených textů, vyhodnocení gramatických a lexikálních jevů zdvořilosti v mluvních aktech a jejich porovnání s teoretickými poznatky.. -- Abstrakt: This thesis deals with the implementation of courtesy in contemporary literary German Language . The introductory chapter begins with a brief reflection on the phenomenon of politeness. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to general aspects and historical development of courtesy, as well as scientific theories dealing with the topic. Attention is focused on the grammatical and lexical tools of the German language, by those the courtesy is realized. Furthermore, this thesis provides such acts of speech, for which courtesy is particularly characteristic. In the practical part of the thesis, there are given texts and text excerpts from the press, the Internet, business correspondence of a German company Messtechnik Dry and other documents relating to the polite acting. The essential core of the thesis is an analysis of the presented material, evaluation of grammatical and lexical phenomena of courtesy in speech acts and their confrontation with theoretical knowledge.
