V empirické části se práce zabývá kvantitativní výzkumnou strategií a pedagogickým průzkumem. Práce se bude zabývat organizacemi, jejichž součástí jsou školy a školská zařízení. Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zjistit, zda má manažer možnost ovlivnit kulturu, klima a atmosféru školy (v našem případě celé organizace). Na které oblasti tohoto tématu by se měl zaměřit, aby dosáhl pozitivních změn. A zda jsou kultura, klima a atmosféra (a možnost jejich ovlivnění) závislé na velikosti a typu školského zařízení a školy.. -- Abstrakt: This Bachelor´s thesis deals with defining the concepts of culture, climate and atmosphere of the school; it further describes the success of planning, analysis of environment and mission and definition of objectives organizations. In the empirical part of the work deals with quantitative research strategies and educational research. The work will deal with organizations which are parts of schools and educational establishments. This Bachelor´s thesis aims to determine whether the manager have the opportunity to influence culture, climate and atmosphere of the school (in our case the whole organization). On which topic areas should he focuses to achieve positive change. And if the culture, climate and atmosphere (and the possibility of their influence) dependent on the size and type of school facilities and school.
