Ergoterapeutická intervence na rekondičních pobytech pro osoby po CMP [rukopis] / Sára Szaffnerová. -- 2023. -- 60 l. + 7 l. příloh. -- Oponent Jiří Votava. -- Ved. práce Ivana Drnková. -- Abstrakt: Úvod: Bakalářská práce se zabývá cévní mozkovou příhodou (CMP) a možnostmi uplatnění ergoterapie na rekondičních pobytech pro osoby po CMP. Cíl práce: Cílem práce je zjistit efektivitu a možnosti rehabilitace na rekondičních pobytech a přispět tak k řešení problematiky ergoterapie jako součásti rehabilitace u pacientů v chronickém stádiu CMP. Metodika: Bakalářská práce je zpracována formou kazuistiky pacienta v chronické fázi CMP. Zpracování informací bylo provedeno na podkladě rozhovoru s pacientem, pozorování, studia dokumentace, testování, goniometrie a využití standardizovaných testů. Následuje popis realizace ergoterapeutické intervence a průběhu rekondičních pobytů. Výsledky: Byly porovnány vstupní a výstupní hodnoty ergoterapeutického vyšetření a popsány dosažené výsledky. Díky cílené ergoterapeutické intervenci došlo ke zlepšení v oblasti hybnosti a síly postižené horní končetiny, jemné motoriky, funkce mimických svalů, kognitivních funkcí a celkové kondice pacienta. Závěr: Bakalářská práce dokládá vhodnost zařazení rekondičních pobytů do rehabilitace osob po CMP i v chronickém stádiu onemocnění.. -- Abstrakt: Introduction: This bachelor's thesis concerns itself with stroke (or the cerebrovascular accident - CVA) and the utilization of occupational therapy during wellness retreats for stroke victims. Aim: The aim of the study is to determine the effectiveness and possibilities of rehabilitation at wellness retreats and to contribute to the solution of the issue of occupational therapy as a part of rehabilitation in patients in the chronic stage of stroke. Methodology: The bachelor thesis is prepared in the form of a case study of a patient in the chronic stage of stroke recovery. The processing of information was based on an interview with the patient, observation, study of documentation, testing, goniometry and use of standardized tests. The plan is followed by the description of the plan's implementation as well as the general course of the wellness retreats. Results: The initial and final occupational therapy assessment data were compared and the results obtained were described. Targeted occupational therapy intervention resulted in improvements in the mobility and strength of the affected upper limb, fine motor skills, facial muscle function, cognitive abilities as well as the patient's general condition. Conclusion: The bachelor thesis demonstrates the appropriateness of including wellness retreats in the rehabilitation process for people after stroke even in the chronic stage.
