Mapuje organizaci a dostupnost domácí péče z hlediska managementu. Cíle - Hlavním cílem práce je zmapovat problematiku managementu spokojenosti sester s pracovními podmínkami v domácí péči. V práci je zjišťována spokojenost sester s platovým ohodnocením. Dále se zabývá spokojeností s benefity poskytovanými zaměstnavatelem. Také hodnotí spokojenost s mírou motivace ze strany zaměstnavatele, faktory fyzické a psychické zátěže, rozsah kompetencí nebo pracovní vztahy s ostatními pracovníky. Metodika - Ke sběru dat bylo použito průzkumné šetření pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku. Tato forma kvantitativní metody umožnila zjistit dostupnost a spokojenost sester s pracovními podmínkami sester pracujících v domácí péči. Vše bylo realizováno pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Obsahem dotazníku bylo celkem 20 otázek. Z toho 17 otázek mělo pevně danou strukturu a 3 otázky byly otevřeného typu. Zde mohli respondenti odpovídat svými vlastními slovy. Průzkumné šetření bylo anonymní. Závěr - Ukazuje se zde například, že sestry pracující v domácí péči jsou ve svém zaměstnání spokojené a mají dobré pracovní vztahy. Všechny výsledky jsou přesně popsané v grafech.. -- Abstrakt: The thesis deals with managing nurses' satisfaction with the working conditions of home care. It maps the organisation and availability of home care from a management perspective. The main goal of the thesis is to outline the issue of management of nurses' satisfaction with working conditions in home health care. In this thesis, the satisfaction of nurses with their salaries is investigated. It also deals with the satisfaction with the benefits provided by the employer. It also evaluates satisfaction with the level of motivation provided by the employer, physical and psychological strain factors, and the extent of competencies or working relationships with other workers. Methodology - An exploratory survey using a non-standardized questionnaire was used to collect data. This form of the quantitative method allowed to determine the availability and satisfaction of nurses with the working conditions of nurses working in home health care. All of this was accomplished by using a questionnaire survey. The content of the questionnaire was a set of 20 questions in total. Of these, 17 questions had a fixed structure, and 3 were open-ended. The respondents could answer in their own words here. The survey was anonymous. It shows, for example, that nurses working in home health care are satisfied in their jobs and have good working relationships. All the results are precisely described in the graphs.
