V teoretické části je charakterizován hokejbal a přiblížení dotčeného klubu a specifika problematiky cílové věkové skupiny. Teoretický základ tvoří rozbor struktury sportovního výkonu, tréninkový proces a jeho sestavení, charakteristika a rozvoj pohybových schopností. Bakalářská práce se okrajově dotkne procesu zotavení, regenerace a superkompenzace. Hlavní část tvoří sestavený tréninkový plán pro juniorskou kategorii hokejbalového družstva Elby DDM Ústí nad Labem.. -- Abstrakt: The bachelor thesis is focused on a development of fitness abilities needed for the best start in the extraleague competition of the junior team Elba DDM from Ústí nad Labem. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the characteristics of the ball hockey, the club and the specifics issues of the target age group, which is formed by these parts like as the analysis of the sport performace structure, the training process including its compilation, the characteristics and the development of the movement skills. The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of recovery, the regeneration and the supercompensation marginally. Main part of the thesis forms the training plan, which has been compiled for the junior category of the team Elba DDM from Ústí nad Labem.
