Finanční aspekty rozšíření kapacity poskytovaných služeb firmy Paratunka / Julie Larionova. -- 2018. -- 82 listů, 5 nečíslovaných listů příloh : grafy. -- Oponent René Hladík. -- Vedoucí práce Jiří Uhman. -- Abstrakt: Předmětem diplomové práce je zhodnocení finančních aspektů jednotlivých variant rozšíření kapacit podniku s cílem nalézt nejvhodnější variantu rozšíření jeho služeb. V úvodu analytické části práce je provedeno zhodnocení současného stavu podniku a analýza silných a slabých stránek podniku s důrazem na finanční ukazatele podniku. Součástí práce je přímé dotazníkové šetření mezi stávajícími i potenciálními zákazníky, na jehož základě je odvozeno, o jaké služby ve sledovaném oboru mají zákazníci především zájem. Tímto lze preferovat variantu užšího nebo širšího rozšíření podniku. V závěru analýzy jsou navrženy a porovnány varianty rozšíření poskytovaných služeb podniku za účelem zvýšení ročního obratu a zisku podniku při minimalizaci jeho nákladů. Porovnání variant investičních projektů je vedeno přes jejich důkladnou analýzu budoucího cash flow a za využití dynamických metod hodnocení investic.. -- Abstrakt: The subject of the thesis is the evaluation of the financial aspects of the various variants of the expansion of the company capacity expansion with the aim of finding the most suitable variant of extension of its services. In the introduction the analytic part of the thesis is carried out to assess the current state of the company and analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the company with an emphasis on the financial indicators of the company. Part of the thesis is a direct questionnaire survey among existing customers and potential customers, on the basis of which it is derived, about what services in the reference field of customers are primarily interested in. This can be to prefer a variant of a narrower of a wider expansion of the business. At the conclusion of the analysis the variants of the expansion of the company's extended services are proposed and compared in order to increase the annual turnover and the profit of the company while minimizing its costs. Comparison of the variants of the investment projects is conducted through their through analysis of the future cash flow and using the dynamic methods of investment evaluation.
