Obraz Svaté země v renesančním cestopise / Kateřina Krenická. -- 2016. -- 67 listů : ilustrace. -- Vedoucí práce Ivo Harák. -- Abstrakt: Tématem diplomové práce je obraz Svaté země, který nám podávají dostupné české cestopisy renesančního období. Zdrojem informací jsou spisy čtyř našich poutníků, Martina Kabátníka, Jana Hasištejnského z Lobkovic, Oldřicha Prefáta z Vlkanova a Kryštofa Haranta z Polžic a Bezdružic, kteří Svatou zemi navštívili v období přibližně sta let, tedy mezi lety 1491-1598. Každý z těchto mužů svou cestu popsal na základě vlastních poznatků a zážitků, kterých nabyl v určitém časovém období a za daných okolností. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jaký obraz Svaté země cestopisy, výše zmíněných autorů, podávají a následně porovnat a zhodnotit, co mají společného a v čem se liší. Dále budou zjištěné odlišnosti zdůvodněny a vysvětleny příčiny jejich vzniku, kdy je zapotřebí přihlédnout ke schopnostem a možnostem každého z autorů, o cestě vypovídat.. -- Abstrakt: The topic of this thesis is the image of the Holy Land given by available travelogues from the Renaissance period. The sources of information are the works of our four pilgrims, Martin Kabátník, Jan Hasištejnský z Lobkovic, Oldřich Prefát z Vlkanova and Kryštof Harant z Polžic and Bezdružic who visited the Holy Land in the period of approximately one hundred years, which was between 1491-1598. Each of these men described their journey according to their own findings and experiences which they had gained within a specific time period and under specific circumstances. The aim of this thesis is to find out what image of the Holy Land the travelogues provide and consequently, to compare and evaluate what they have in common and where they differ. Furthermore, the identified differences will be justified and their origins explained; here it is necessary to consider the abilities and possibilites of each author to recount their journey.
